Terms of Service

Effective 12 August 2026

These terms govern your use of aura-construction.co. Using the site means you accept them.

Nothing on this site is a contract for construction work. A project only begins under a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

Who operates this site

This site is operated by Aura Construction LLC, trading as Aura Construction, a licensed California contractor, CSLB License #1154855. Contact: admin@aura-construction.co.

What this site is for

This site describes our work and lets you submit a project application. It is informational. Descriptions of our disciplines, process, and past work are provided to help you understand how we work, not as a guarantee of any particular outcome, schedule, or cost on your project.

Applications

Submitting an application does not create a client relationship and does not oblige us to take on your project. We accept a limited number of commissions each year and review every application on its merits.

Estimates and pricing

Budget ranges shown or discussed on this site are general guidance. Actual pricing depends on site conditions, design decisions, materials, permitting, and other factors particular to your project, and is set out in a written contract.

Our content

The text, photographs, drawings, layout, and design of this site belong to Aura Construction or are used with permission. You may view and share the site, but you may not copy, republish, or use its contents commercially without our written consent.

Your content

You keep ownership of anything you send us. By submitting an application, you give us permission to use that information to evaluate and respond to your enquiry. Do not send confidential material you are not free to share.

Availability

We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or remove content at any time without notice.

Links to other sites

Where this site links elsewhere, we are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aura Construction is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or from reliance on information published here. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under California law, and nothing here affects your rights under a signed construction contract.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute relating to this site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in California.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed, and continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
